[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] Proposed Task List for GEM swap

Hi GEM folks,

Attached you will find my proposed timeline/tasklist for swapping INFN J2
with the spare UV layer in Test Lab. Currently, what I call UV Layer 3, is
on premixed Ar/CO2 in the Test Lab INFN room. Any comments, concerns or
suggestions please contact me and I will adjust the plan. Ideally once
there is enough approval I will send this to Andrew (RC) and Jessie so they
are aware of our plan and can gauge if this task can be completed before
Hall Lockup.
