[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] Fluctuations in Hall A Argon concentrations

Jack,

from the strip charts for the GEM gas monitoring setup in Hall A it shows
that the concentration of Argon has been spiking/fluctuating since about
16:30 yesterday. Please see the attached image of the strip charts. You can
see that it will periodically spike from the normal value of about 7.9 to
about 8.6.

THis has been looked into by some of the GEM team (Zeke, Thir, Anu, and
myself) and the assumption is that it may just be a readout issue. But, we
aren't sure how to verify this or to proceed. Could you please advise on
this?
