[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] High voltage testing/checkout of GEMs in BB

We are currently testing the BB GEMs in Hall A with high voltage. We will power up the modules & layers and evaluate their vitality. Currently 3 of us (Anu, Zeke, and myself) are in the Hall testing the GEMs. Our plan will be to sweep through each of the modules and check their status. If all goes well we hope to leave the high voltage on overnight and continue to monitor their statuses.
