[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] GEM HV test after the accident

We HV tested all the GEM modules  under nitrogen flushing (except for J2 top which has not been in use all this time during the experiment ) in the BB setup for the first time after the accident on 10/26/2021 where BB and SBS magents came into contact with each other. <br>
<br>
All GEM modules held HV as expected with correct current readback values.  See the attached scrrenshots of HV GUIs and current strip charts. <br>
<br>
The plan is to leave HV on today overnight as a test. Then if everything goes well until tomorrow, we will switch gas to premix Ar/CO2 and will take some cosmic data to make sure everything with the GEMs are okay.<br>
