Now uses same TI file at GEnII-3Stream, latency might need to be changed by 1 so it is optimized for both GEnII-NoSBSGems and GEnII-3Stream

if you use a different config make sure the ROC 19 uses the TI readout list

/adaqfs/home/sbs-onl/rol_common/ti_slave_list.so
