[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] New EEL/125 ROC registered

The final VME32 crate that will support the last few SBS layers is in
the EEL/125 rack (thanks John!) and the SBC has been registered as
'sbsvme26'.

There is no rush on this, but if anyone happens to be in EEL/125 and
wants to power cycle that crate (empty crate at the top of the left DAQ
rack in EEL/125), it would be good to see if it boots properly.
