[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] Panasonic connector (For UVA GEMs) type APV inventory in EEL

Hi Nilanga, Holly, Alex, and all,

I just did a quick count of (spare/not attached to any of the layers) APVs
in the EEL. We have,

   1. *22* APV cards without any labels indicating issues
   2. *12* APV cards with labels indicating issues. Out of those 12,
      1. *7* has labels saying "x no of strips missing"
      2. *2* just says bad broken
      3. *2 *does not have RAD shielding for the APV25 chip
      4. *1* seems to have modifications in the pcb board and has a
      label saying certain chips need to be removed.

The layer on the table (9th layer) has only 68 / 88 APVs in the layer. The
missing 20 have been donated for various faulty APV replacements throughout
the time. And we have one entire layer (layer 10) to be put together so
that's another 88 APVs needed.
Therefore, in total, we need *20 + 88 - 22  = 86* APV cards for the
complete assembly of last two layers in EEL.

If we try, some of the APVs with issues could be recovered I think.
