We measured that the SBS GEM MPD trigger is 240 ns (240 ns /24 ns = 10 latency units) earlier than the BB GEM MPD trigger. In the attached picture, Channel 1 (yellow) is the BB MPD trigger and Channel 2 (cyan) is the SBS MPD trigger.

Which means SBS GEM latency should be: BB GEM latency - 10 = 112 -10 = 102

Look at the spreadsheet attached for the desired set of runs for a latency scan according to this finding. Please note that performing all of this runs maybe not necessary as now we think we have a pretty good guess value for what the latency should be. We should first start with 102 and increase or decrease until we see the signals and hopefully by at most a couple of steps, we will see the signals.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1v4JyDDqjxQeohlNITp7jCJcX5g6YP7t5IHe3aQXcAyQ/edit?usp=sharing
