[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] GEM work today in the Hall

At 8:45 this morning, I turned off the SBS HV. I am proceeding to disconnect gas from inline layers 4 & 5, and I am locking out the Weiner and LV supplies. We will remove layers 4 & 5 so we can replace the 12-slot backplane on L5 G0 with the replacement that Vimukthi tested and prepared.
