[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] SBS GEM status

Today we completed our first pass SBS GEM gain scan over the SBS GEMs as noted in https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224053

The efficiencies are still be obtained through replay which takes a very long time due to the nature of SBS tracking. 

The outlying tasks to be completed:
1. Finish the GEM gain replays. We might need to re-analyze the G0 modules with 3-hit tracks instead of 4-hit tracks where there are layers that were not working (it's driving the efficiencies of the remaining G0 to 90%+ always which isn't helpful for seeing the curve)
2. Alignment of SBS GEMs
3. L6G0: seems to show hits and seems to have good hits when tracking/alignment is not used. For some reason, tracking is killing it. We have left the latency for the y-strips at -2, but it is not justifiable yet.
