[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] SBS GEM Layer 6 module 0 missing tracks FIXED

After a brief consultation between the GEM hardware and software experts, we figured out that an HDMI cable swap was responsible for the missing hits in SBS GEM layer 6 module 0. 

After updating the decode map to account for this swap, the hits are back, and this module has high efficiency in its entire area minus one APV card that appears to not be performing.
