[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Investigation on GEM HV Trips

After investigating the recent trips in GEM HVs, the causes for the trips were identified to be either false gas ratio alarms(which triggers an automatic shutoff mechanism for GEMs) or minor imperfections in the beam. Please refer to the attached PDF for more details.
