[Sbs_gems] No SBS GEM meeting today-see summary

Dear all,
There will be no SBS GEM meeting today due to the pending Hall A access and an update for the SBS general meeting later this morning. The access today will be focused on exploring the SBS GEM HV issue on layer 6 and the electronics issue on layer 2.
