[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] SBS GEM gas is still bad during daily changeover

The shift crew was concerned about the SBS GEM gas quality alarm which subsequently shut off the HV to the SBS GEMs. This problem was identified a month ago, and to my knowledge, has still not been resolved. We need a replacement mass flow controller ASAP.<br>
