I will add that we still do - I will add that we still do not suspect a short. It seems that the HV from the divider is entirely disconnected from the layer. It is unclear why this would happen during the recent SAD, but that is the timeline we observe.

We went into Hall A to get a look at what goes into repairing or inspecting the HV problem on the very top GEM module of layer 6 (second from end, highlighted here in yellow). Essentially, we would require a JLG+insertion of the sliding rail at the bottom to pull the layer out (it's impossible to access otherwise). However, as seen in this photo, it is impossible to slide out this layer at all due to the bracing for SBS running right next to the layer. Therefore, the HV problem on this GEM cannot be understood until the SAD.
