[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Removed APV in SBS from DAQ

This is a delayed entry, but at about 2100h last night, I removed the APV 0 from fiber 26 (crate 1 MPD 9) on the SBS side. It was crashing ROC22. The last entry to indicate this problematic APV was https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4203341.
