[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] BB XY GEM 0 might have a problem

BB XY GEM layer 0 might have a problem: At about 2030 tonight, this layer (HAHV91:00:004:IMon) was having problems causing a trip. In order to power it back on, I had to increase the trip limit. Looking back in time, it seems that with no beam, it usually sits at -734uA. Now it is sitting at -744uA. We will verify if it is shorted in the next replay.
