[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] SBS GEMs bad in DAQ

Can't seem to get the SBS GEMs to work in the DAQ. At first, I kept gettin ROC22 errors on fibers 3,13,27,34. I was not able to make these errors go away despite MPD/VTP/LV cycling. So, then I took them out of the DAQ. It was able to prestart, but then it failed after the start of run with errors on a bunch of other fibers (see https://logbooks.jlab.org/files/2023/10/4204209/5850-sbsts.log). I will have to confer with other experts, but I suspect there is something faulty going into these crates altogether.
