[Sbs_gems] [Revised Logentry] Increasing trip limit on layer 0 G3 again...

Layer 0 G3 foil tripped again, this time at 350 uA. I've increased it to 390uA, but I really don't understand how we have increased our rates by over 100uA of running over the past few days. Actually, I do. Our halo rates have also increased over the past few days.
