[Sbs_gems] GEM work and prep for next week

Dear GEM team,

I am still discussing the priorities and need vs want repairs with the spokespersons for A_LL, but I wanted to let you all know that if you are available next week from 10/31 through possibly Friday, we may be pulling up to 2 layers out for repairs, and it would really help if you are available to be here (if this is your scope and responsibility).

If you are local or can be, please begin to make plans to join us next week in Hall A. In principle, I think the repairs could be done simultaneously if enough people are here, but I don’t think we will have that.
