[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] GEM reset gui for daq

With no beam today, Sean and I finally made the dream of a GEM reset GUI become a reality. This is run from an aonl machine by first typing gosbs, then running ./GEM_resets.sh. For now, I leave the GUI next to the DAQ VNC. For a shiftworker, when things go wrong, they can simply press the big orange buttons to reset either the BB or the SBS GEMs. GEM experts can go through specific crates and LV as listed at the bottom of the GUI. Sean is updating documentation to reflect how to use this. <br>
