[Sbs_gems] [Revised Logentry] SBS Inline Low voltage Issue

Over the past week, intermittent connectivity issues were observed on multiple occasions with the SBS in-line low voltage connections(on the GEM layer end). Cable ties were used to strengthen the connections as a first degree solution. Today Armen had a look and put more soldering on the connections. He also found 2 connectors with signs of burns(even though they were still working). Those 2 connectors were replaced.
