Many Thanks to Lars and Larry for laying the pipes over the hall A truck ramp roof.

The three pipes (please see the linked halog entry) (Two white poly pipes for Ar and CO2, and one black poly line for nitrogen) are replaced with two SS pipes and a new black poly pipe.
We also replace the mass flow controller (MFC) on the Ar line of the SBS gas system. Fig 1 shows the details of the new mass flow controller used.

Fig 2 shows the new 3/8 inch poly pipes after the regulators from the SBS side gas shed. We added some new lines with ball valves to accommodate switch-over from a nitrogen dewar keeping the same safety feature (the release valve for running from a dewar or from the gas cylinders).

We placed some rubber around the pipes where those pipes touch the corners of the truck ramp roof. Figs 3 and 5 show the rubber padding on either side. Fig 4 shows the line above the roof.
Fig 6 shows where the SS pipes end inside the BB side gas hut. From there, we have a few feet of poly pipes up to the MFCs. Since these poly pipes will be inside a shed they should be fine.

Fig. 7 highlights the ball valve that should be open when people are ready to take gas to the hall.

The new pipes were purged separately before connecting to the system. The whole system was purged four times. The whole system is checked for leakage and we couldn't find any leaks.
The system is ready to use.
