[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Readback current when going up by another +2.5V

Read back current went up by about ~4% from the previous increase...I think this is sort of consistent since we only went up by +2.5V instead of +5V. This is now an overall +7.5V on G1 in effect for run 771.
