[Sbs_gems] [Revised Logentry] Readback current when going up by another +2.5V

Read back current went up by about ~4% from the previous increase...I think this is sort of consistent since we only went up by +2.5V instead of +5V. This is now an overall +7.5V on G1 in effect for run 771. 

So from this plot, the 4.7uA was for +0V on G1. 
5.4uA was for +5V on G1. 
5.7uA was for +7.5V on G1.
