So after a +0.8% change on the gas mix, we examined the following settings:
3uA on H:
-HV at 3550 for all SBS, compare to the old gas mix run https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4294631, we took run 1028 although our gas was still settling at the start.
-HV at 3600 for all SBS , compare to the old gas mix run 643 https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4294658, we took run 1032 https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4301332 (large replay https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4301453)
Changed to 8uA on H:
-HV remains at 3600 for all SBS, compare to the old gas mix run 644 https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4294678, we took run 1035 https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4301366
Changed to 15uA on H. :
-HV remains at 3600 for all SBS. We took run 1041: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4301417 Interestingly, current draw looks approximately the same as running at the 3600+5V on G1 for the front tracker at the old gas. The efficiencies and current draws here look the same that we saw previously at 3625V+7.5V on G1 in the back tracker with the old gas.
-HV to 3625V on the back tracker, we took run 1044 (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4301457). The efficiencies went down, but tracks doubled. I leave the day here. To be continued later. Otherwise ADC spectra look quite good, and I'm looking forward to seeing the larger replays.
