[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] APV/backplane/mpd issues : L6M2

sbsvtp2 fib30 apvs won't configure. I tried power cycling the crates and the low voltage a several times (at least three times) but it did not come back. For the time being it's removed from the configuration.  <br>
This was followed by a HV trip in the L6M23 two events could be correlated. <br>
