[Sbs_gems] [Revised Logentry] BB GEM fiber 0 APV 0 taken out of config

DAQ issues have been ongoing all night. The problems weren't really consistent. When the crew called me around 330 this morning, we were getting ROC19 SLOT21 errors. I could never find an error in the end of run TS files for BB recently, but I did see one earlier that mentioned something about fiber 0. So I tried removing fiber 0, and it seemed to work. I then removed APV 0, and the daq is also working. The only thing I did not try was putting APV 0 back into the DAQ. We can test this more later today, but for now, I wanted to get them running to finish out the beam.
