[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] All GEMs aligned with straight-through data

After much code hacking and cut optimization, I was able to do a simultaneous semi-global, HCAL-and-target-constrained alignment of all 45 front and back tracker GEM modules in a common coordinate system using the zero-field, single C foil data. Attached is the result. 

Next steps are: 

Update database.

Rerun C foil data with these alignments. 

Rerun global alignment of FT. Needed offsets and rotations should be smaller using the improved internal alignments. 

update SBS database with results of internal and global alignments. 

Rerun some low-current LH2 data with looser constraint cuts and re-optimize region-of-interest and back tracking constraints.

Start re-cooking production data with these and other tracking improvements.
