Status of GEM HV for 3-pass up to 6 uA of beam current:

All GEMs at 3500 V, with the usual 85% divider configuration, with the following exceptions:

UV L4: 3475 (85% config) with G1T reduced to 380 V
XY L13 M01: 3214 (75% config) OR 3500 equivalent of 85% config
XY L15 M01: 3214 (75% config) OR 3500 equivalent of 85% config w/ G1T reduced to 380 V

The following log entries are useful references:
4356528: HV GUI showing al settings
4356451: Strip charts for G3 top on all modules
4356624: HV Values for individual chanels
4357025: L15M0M1 spike at 75% config, solution was to reduce G1T HV to 380
