[Sbs_gems] SBS GEM de-installation

Dear all,

As we are approaching the end of GEp, we should have a plan for the de-installation and storage.

In the current plan, we plan to remove the APVs from the XY modules using the extension rails and stands. If that works, that will speed up our work.  Please take a look at the current plan, let me know if you have any comments.

Also, please let me know if you will be available to help with the de-installation, and how long you plan to stay and help.

It would be great if you can get back to me by Thursday.
