[SBS_sim] SBS-Tracker: New production with magnetic field

Dear Bogdan,

the background is assumed to be - on average - for 1 proton:

electron: 500 (up to 500 MeV, flat)
gamma: 2000 (up to 100 MeV. flat)

on 40x50 cm2, and a gate width of 475 ns

Let me remind you that this background, in the simulation of the GEM
tracker response, is assumed "a priori" (from Lubomir data scaled to
16.9 according to the simulation we ran few weeks ago) and not simulated
from the scattering of the beam on the target; the above levels takes
into account the presence of the dipole field!

In production g17 (and before), the magnetic field was off, to simplify
the tracking, but the background level was assumed to be the one
expected with field on.

In production g18 the magnetic field is 2 T; I only simulate the protons
coming from the targets and used the previous simulation of electrons
and gammas for the background.

In a future release of the montecarlo I hope to simulate everything
consistently.

Evaristo
