[SBS_sim] Strip signal comparison of no background and full background runs

Dear Vahe,

the signal is generated statistically (ionization pairs follow the
Poissonian, the avalanche multiplication follow the Furry distribution.

Therefore I expect that the very same track generates different strip
signals on different runs.
