[SBS_sim] Strip signal comparison of no background and full background runs

Dear Evaristo,

I have noticed that the signal of a given strip for full background run
(g17) has
less amplitude than the signal for no background run (for the same event,
same strip, same chamber, same plane). I am trying to undestand this
but could not find an explanation. Could you please explain how can this
happen?
