[SBS_sim] SBS-Tracker: New production with magnetic field

Hi Evaristo,

Vladimir Nelyubin agreed to make a MC of
the background for GEp(5) configuration.
He is going to rewrite all geometry to insure
correct operation of the code.
So, it will take some time.
