[SBS_sim] SBS-Tracker: New production with magnetic field

Dear Bogdan,
the uniform distribution is up to 100 MeV for gamma and up to 500 MeV
for electrons. I am pretty sure we discussed also the energy
distribution.
In any case, if you have the distribution in digital o analytical form I
will try to implement in the montecarlo
