[SBS_sim] SBS-Tracker: New production with magnetic field

Dear Evaristo,

Yes, we discussed the background in that e-mail.
However, it was not about "flat" distribution in energy up to 500 MeV?
Flat distribution likely made a significant difference in the amount of
events with the correlated hits in several chambers.
Real distribution supposed to have a peak at a few MeV.
Please comment,
