[Sbs_software] New Software Meeting Time: Friday 11 AM

Hi Andrew,

this is the most popular time for the DAQ meeting. Could you switch to the
second popular time ? Since I have people from DAQ and electronics group
able to join at this time it might be easier to move the software meeting.
