[Sbs_software] CORRECTION New Software Meeting Time: Friday 10 AM

Hello all,

In order to avoid a direct conflict with Alexandre's DAQ meeting, I have 
decided to change the software meeting time to Fridays, 10 AM, one hour 
before the DAQ meeting. This was the second most popular option in the 
poll. The next meeting will be Friday, Sept. 6 at 10 AM.
