[Sbs_software] Doodle poll link for new SBS software meeting time

Hello all,

I have started a doodle poll (link above) to choose a new time for the 
SBS software meeting between now and the end of the summer. Please note 
that although the poll shows times of the week during the current, 
holiday-shortened week, here we are only interested in choosing a 
regular day of the week and meeting time, and for that matter only until 
the end of the summer, when we will need to choose a new time to 
accommodate teaching schedules. I have excluded the current times of the 
SBS CC meeting and the SBS general weekly meeting from the available 
options.

Please indicate your general availability at the days of the week and 
times listed in the poll as soon as possible. I will choose the new 
meeting time based on responses received before close of business on 
Wednesday, July 3rd!
