[Sbs_software] Update on GEM clustering analysis

Dear all,

in summary: I have updated the clustering with a fit of the hit candidate
with a hit template function (which is the product of a Cauchy-Lorentz
distribution in space times a exponential decay pulse shape in time).
In the no background case it seems to provide even better reconstruction
efficiency performances than before. I need however to implement if for
the full background case.
