[Sbs_software] Pushed correct analyzer dimensions and material to uconn_dev branch

Hello all, 

Following the discussions with GEN-RP spokespeople, I have changed the passive analyzer material from Cu to Steel and corrected the dimensions based on the plate that was actually ordered. I pushed the change to uconn_dev, along with the new root macro that I used to make the new plots of all the GEM rates. Putting in the extra shielding on the SBS side will take more time.
