[Sbs_software] New software meeting time of Friday 1 pm--any objections?

Hello all, 

Due to a request to move the software meeting time to encourage more participation, I propose we change the meeting time to 1 pm on Fridays through the end of the summer, unless there are any major objections from core participants. This will also avoid conflict with Alexandre’s DAQ meeting.
