[Sbs_software] SBSBigBite updated with detectors to optics transformation

Dear all,
just a heads up that I have updated SBS-offline with transformation from
the "detector" coordinates (the actual position of the detector stack,
accounting for angles and position offsets around the ideal central ray of
the detector) to the "optics" coordinates (the ideal central ray of the
spectrometer). It has been tested briefly to check that 1) anything has
been broken and 2) the transformations pass a few sanity checks.
