[Shms_users] REMINDER: User's Board Ballot

This is a reminder that voting is open for two positions on the SHMS-HMS User's 
Board until Monday, Sept 13.

All member votes require a quorum of 15% of the membership, so please vote if 
you have not done so already.

I have responded as ballots have been received, so if you have sent a ballot but 
have not received a confirmation email from me, please send it again.
