I just wanted to say thank you for your effort to prepare and present at this review.  We have now gone three straight IPRs with no recommendations.  Our review committee trusts us and that is a testament to the efforts you are putting forward.  As we go on in this project, we will face delays and technical challenges.  That is part of the project world.  Expect it.  It will come.  When it does, we will deal with it and communicate to our management.  We will work together to try to make sure everyone on our team remains successful.  But before the problems come, take this weekend to celebrate how far we have come!
