Project controls work continues regarding updating planned activities associated with the swap of the last 2 planned outages. This week the first cryomodule delivered from JLab was placed in the high-power test cave, the test facility cryogenic system was readied for cooldown this weekend, with the initial high-power tests to follow. In the RF area, we received the first high voltage convertor modulator unit from the vendor. In the ring area the initial winding for the first new chicane magnet is planned for next week at FNAL, and we plan to visit to observe. In the target area bids were received for the new molecular sieve beds and are under evaluation. Three expressions of interest were received for the RTBT stub construction work. Also, klystron gallery installation work continues, with emphasis on equipment needed to support the initial power ramp-up phase.
