[Sns_ppu_group] Important: New Multi-Lab Partnerships (MLP) SharePoint Site Coming Soon

Hello Everyone,

Please share the following information in your weekly meetings and with others who may not be on the distribution list:

I am working with IT on migrating/moving the M:drive Project folders to a new Multi-Lab Partnerships (MLP) SharePoint site. These project folders include: LCLS-II, SNS_PPU, LCLS-2-HE (and the L2CMRB Project folder which has been created on the new SharePoint site).

Please tell me if you "own" a specific folder (i.e., procurement folders) with limited access in these Project folders on the M:drive.  If you do, please provide me the M:drive folder location by COB, Monday, April 28th - this will ensure that we keep this particular folder limited/restricted.

Please take a moment to help "clean-up" these project folders by deleting old or irrelevant documents as needed.  It is important to close all project documents; otherwise, an open document may be lost if it remains open during the migration.

The target dates to migrate these project folders from the M:drive to the new MLP Project SharePoint site is Friday, May 2 to Tuesday, May 6 (when the SharePoint site will be open to everyone).  Please let me know if you cannot make the target dates.
