[Solid_cc] MAROC as default readout?

We don't have time for that to have something ready when we install,
maybe later in the run we can try to put it in after we get it to work
but for now we assume all 64 channels are put together either
passively for Temple, or using amplifiers and a board if it is ready
by then.
