[Solid_cc] MAROC as default readout?

Jack, will make a 64 amplifier board with one amplifier on each pixel,
though his design is a little bit big ( maybe take space of 9 PMTs. So
we might only be able to test one PMT at a time.

One way to test maybe two or more would be to put a ribbon cable to go
two other boards, we will have a bit more capacitance but it might
still be better than sum of 16.
